Slight AC noise

Hello all, I recently just bought a 2019 TRD off-road Tacoma. Love the truck but every couple of seconds I am hearing a slight noise while the AC is on. I’ve read a post where someone described it as a “darth Vader breathing noise”. It’s not very loud and only happens when the AC is on. Is this normal? I appreciate the help!

 

My 2018 does it too followed by a white mist that comes out of the vents. For me, it means the ac is too cold and I turn it off.

 

Mine 2019 makes a slight hissing sound on the low fan speed. My wif3 believes the truck is cursed

That or the infamous whistle sometimes when the compressor turns on. Both of my Tacoma’s do it. 2nd and 3rd Gen’s.
