Slight short whistle noise when accelerating around 40 mph

    Hi all, has anyone experienced a short whistle noise when accelerating around 40 mph. I have a 2021 Tacoma TRD 4x4 OFF Road package. It sounds like its coming the right side of the engine compartment. I do have a factory deer whistle in the front grill but I that that was supposed to not be audible to humans? Any ideas?
