I understand a tire/alignment shop might not have the tools but any auto mechanic shop worth their salt would be able to do this and have a wall-mounted spring compressor. No shop I've ever heard of charges $500 for what you are asking, it's a very simple job that even I could probably do in an hour. Seriously would consider finding a new shop or at least only doing tires/alignment at this one particular place.

As I said before be careful and make sure you know what you are doing. It can be done with the tool you linked to but it's sketchy. Those things are nicknamed "death sticks" by some people so take from that what you will. Go watch some YouTube videos and see some results. I'd feel safer using the floor jack method but neither one is really all that good or safe.

Yes it's going to sag. No you probably can't add leafs back but heck if I know. If it was my truck I wouldn't Frankenstein it together like that especially on a nice new 2019 model. AAL setups are the cheap route to get lift, they don't help increase load capacity / fix sag. The real fix is to buy an actual purpose-built spring pack to handle more weight.

You can use the vehicle as a spring compressor, its safer, and easier than a spring compressor. There is also a better style spring compressor on Amazon too.

Have you looked into the Icon RXT leaf pack? There's 3 lift height options... if you tow or carry more weight try option 2. Here's my truck with a 2" coliover lift up front and the rxt pack with the weight of my canopy at option 2. Hub to fender front 22"... 24 1/4" in back... thinking the leafs will settle to 24".
