Yes I did and thank you! This morning I ran a continuity check on the wires going to the wheel sensors all is good. I also took out all wheel sensors and inspected them and ran a resistance test cross the two posts and they all seem to be good as well. I posted this same info on the original recalibration thread to see if I can get more brains on this but I'm not abandoning this thread. As you can read in the other thread that I posted the odd thing is that when Crom says that when you short out those two terminals on the OBD connector both the ABS and slip indicator lights will flash fast, that's not the case with my truck, the slip indicator light stays on solid and only the ABS light flashes quickly .

    That’s strange?
Is it possible the Yaw Sensor is bad?
I’ve never seen anyone with with a bad Yaw Sensor, at this anything is suspect?

Looks like you may have successfully cleared your zero points but the calibration didn't take. Get that done right. Unfortunately this procedure fails to fix these issues long term more often than it succeeds.

There's a good chance doing the zero point clear and calibration caused your yaw rate codes. The passenger airbag detection code I would investigate. Not sure why this would illuminate the slip indicator and not the airbag light though. If you can solve that and the light remains on I'd pay more attention to the yaw rate sensor malfunction.

Thanks guys! I'm not sure I really was able to clear the zero points if the slip indicator light doesn't flash along with the ABS light???
I only tried to reset the zero point and calibrate it because slip indicator light was already on.
Please pardon my ignorance if it comes across that way because I'm learning this as I go.
I might buy a used yaw rate sensor on eBay and give it a try.

The yaw rate sensor undone code is indicating the full calibration procedure that was started was not performed properly. Doing that start to finish properly should eliminate that code.

Once that's corrected then having the yaw rate sensor malfunction code remain would put more weight on that code.

    Thanks ShimStack
May I ask if Crom's first post here would represent a complete full calibration procedure?
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...ibrate-your-vsc-computer-the-easy-way.467485/
I have followed these steps to completion twice but in step 1 is where it starts to go wrong for me. The slip indicator lamp never flashes at all (it stays on) like Crom explains in his steps but my ABS lamp flashes exactly as described in each of his steps.

As far as I know that's the complete procedure for a 2nd gen. Seems like the issue illuminating the slip indicator light might be causing it to not flash and keeping it solid.

Do the procedure just being sure the abs light flashes correctly. Clear all codes and see if zero point undone returns. Or clear codes then do procedure.

Okay well I ran a more advanced OBD2 scan tool on my truck and got the same codes as mentioned above. I erased all of them but the yaw sensor code C1234 keeps coming back. I tried to recalibrate it but then I get the error code C1210 that the calibration is undone. So I guess I'm going to find a used jaw sensor and put that in and see what I get after that .

Thank you! I had done this before with no issues after installing a leveling kit. Had the battery disconnected so did it again today and couldn’t get the light to turn off - didn’t have the parking brake set. Kudos. Of course, this was after I had already ordered an OBD scanner that reads abs codes. Oh well, it’ll come in handy at some point.

I replaced my YAW rate sensor today with a $15 shipped one from ebay (new OEM toyota the cheapest I seen was $300) and it WORKED!!! I reset it, recalibrated it and it's all good! THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR THE HELP!!!
here are some photos of the inside of the sensor (I cant just throw stuff away without ripping it apart and investigating what makes it tick) but i see no clear visual indication is faulty

Good news. Did you get a used unit off Ebay or an off brand unit?

    That's a good find for $15.

I would personally double check all outputs with techstream but sounds like you're good to go.
