As long as the top eye mount rotates enough to place the resi along the line where the bolt points. With my custom mount, that's the only way it will work.

    Sweet pics BTW!

Had a blast out at the Puerco today. Most of these obstacles where my first time on them since the 4x4 conversion, and was able to run things I only dreamed about with a PreRunner. Some were a bit tricky w/o a spotter and I came as close as I've ever come to rolling in my life..... Was on a steep down-hill and a bit off-camber toward the passenger side--driverside came up and I would've gone over if I didn't gun it. :anonymous: Thankfully I was locked, or I would've gone over anyway. Anyway, had a good time and nothing got broked. :D

NM guys: you can see the flat spot we fix'd Jim's broke 4runner yesterday in this pic! haha :D

And you'll never know what you'll find out in the Puerco.

Looks like it's time for an exo cage:D

Roll-on Dupli-color bedliner.... It catches dirt and mud like crazy and therefore always looks dirty. But it looks nice when it's clean! :D haha
Yeah it would. Monte is a friggin man though, his truck is going to be awesome when it's all done!

Yeah... bedliner is the cheap, easy option. I would have gone re-paint if it was cheaper......

Yeah..... Personally, I kinda prefer a black hood on a green taco/jeep rather than a slightly-mismatched-green hood on a green taco/jeep. :notsure:

it's the same stuff I used on my sliders. It's some of the toughest paint I've found and you can lay it on thick since it's brush on.

    Great pics! Questions...

Seems like you get nice flex out of the 5150s. Do the leaf packs rub the shock bodies at all? My packs rub the OME shocks. Would I need longer bump stops if I went with 10" shocks? Last time I got a look underneath when I had fully stuffed the tire, the leaf packs weren't even remotely aligned with the bump stops so does it even matter?

They come close, but do not touch.

You would definately need bigger bumpstops... Do some measuring, but you don't want that shock body bottoming out!!! And that's weird dude, how is the bump not aligned?? You got a pic? What kind of bump stops do you have?
