I'll try and get a pic in the morning. But it was off by probably like 4"? :notsure:
The rear is stock everything except an AAL and 1.25" lift shackles. Oh and minus the overload. My problem right now the OME are supposedly 9" travel and I'm thinking soemething is gonna get damaged when the shock is extended all the way. Not to mention the leaf pack rubbing the shock body

    Hey! :smack:

    Damn strait

    :D

Truck looks great man. Seems your not getting full droop tho that you should? Or is it just me..

The shafts are thinner so they wouldn't rub. They at stronger too.

You just need new leaf packs in general :p haha

    ok..... :notsure: I'm not consenting.......
You are correct, I'm not getting full droop. For one thing, I didn't have quite enought weight in the bed for the epos to flex enough. (I couldn't even hit the bumpstop before lifting a tire) Also, the shackle angle is killing the flex and mostly droop. I want to get some 12" travel shacks and mount them like this: / \ with a custom crossmember. (sorta like jlee's setup, but just a bit of a harder angle) Going to lose some up travel, but hopefully the droop should be insane with the chevies and a good shackle angle.

Ehh it's not too bad I guess. If my tires were any smaller I think it would be worse though.
At full stuff, even if the bump stop was lined up and doesn't reach it anyway and you can see where it's rubbing the shock. At full droop, you can see how the shock is extended all the way and there's still room for flex. The passenger tire is 1" off the ground.

63s and creeper joints is the only way to go! :D And dang, dude. You'll definately need need some bump stops with 10" shocks! Probably about 4.5"... I can't tell in the pic, but how close is the shock from bottoming out? And I see what you mean about the bump not lining up... You won't have to worry about that if you get some taller ones and mount them where the stock ones are supposed to hit. like this... Mine hits sqarely over the center at full stuff...

Just looked closer at my shocks and it looks like I am actually getting some rubbing on the passenger side. However, the top leaf has shifted over to the left about a 1/4" so I think a BFH will solve that.... But normally, no rubbing.

    Amen, brutha! lol

Got the bumpstops from a local, off-road shop here called Desert Rat...To be honest, I think there are probably many online stores that will be a whole lot cheaper than what I paid...

Sorry for the late reply, man. but yeah I can give you some tips.... Best thing to do is just get under the truck and measure everything a couple times, and record your measurements and plans on paper. As for angles, like on the front IFS skid, I just found a very flat surface to park on, an measure from the ground to where the corners will be and create an imaginary triangle on paper to figure out the template. If you understand geometry at all, this will be no big deal for you. :) And from looking at your roof rack and other prodjects, this'll be no problem for you! Just a warning, 1/4" skids are freeeeeaking heavy!!! I had to use a floor jack to install them. :anonymous:

I was planning on getting 720lb ones anyways when I get LT. figure a plate bumper ad winch amd big ass skids would need the bigger coils
