Hey everyone got a question, steering has been sloppy since day one, I have replaced everything on the dam truck. It’s sloppy on and off-road I’ve replace the upper and lower steering shaft, the upper shaft has play in it, put a zip in there and still feels the same, bottom shaft is aftermarket wondering maybe that could be the reason? Rack has been replaced, suspension, lca, uca has been replaced. Only thing I can think of also is the couldn’t get my toe in the green So I have a bit of toe in at the moment, possibly from a slight bent spindle. Currently on 35’s but been a problem since 31’s.

When I replaced all the wear parts on the front end at 135K, the most worn of all the parts were the inner tie rods. I didn't see inner and outer tie rods on your replacement list. You must have as you did the rack.

Check torque on the rack bolts? Mine loosened up after a rack replacement and needed re torqued.

When you're driving straight, down the highway. Do you ever notice your steering wheel being 'off' from what it was the day before, or the week before? If I recall from what I've read here, a shifting steering rack will present like this, like something is shifting around.
