My 2015 Taco seems to be pretty stiff in the steering. It doesn't help that I have injured both elbows and shoulders due to years at work.
I'm wondering if there is a way to tune it up or replace the pump or box or some other part that will make cranking the wheel a little or a lot easier.
    Thanks,
    Ratman

Have you checked the power steering fluid level?

To add; there are many ways to service the fluid in your power steering, this is only demonstrating one of them. Good Luck and let us know if this corrects your problem.

Check your lower steering shaft u joint. If you crawl under the truck, you'll see the lower steering shaft, and spray the lower u joint with Krown lubricant or similar. Made a world of difference on mine.

If the power steering is getting stiff I'd first check the reservoir fluid. I'd also check out your intermediate steering shaft for rust and spray some penetrating oil on the u-joint area. Then I'd consider doing a complete flush of the power steering system (very easy, inexpensive and plenty of videos on how to).
Last year I flushed my 2012 power steering system. Brown fluid out, fresh pink fluid in. And last month I replaced my intermediate steering shaft "due to power steering was stiff" plus shaft was rusted up pretty good. I'll now spray with penetrating oil spray every oil change since OEM Toyota shaft are not cheap!
