There was a big snow storm here in the pnw, a few days ago I slid off and fell in a ditch. Fast forward to yesterday I start hearing a quiet clunk noise from my front driver side. Can’t really hear it from the outside mainly inside the truck. It SOMETIMES makes the noise when I hit bumps and potholes but it doesn’t do it all the time. I’m on a icon lift with 285/75’s.
There has been snow then it turns to ice. I’m thinking maybe there ice stuck somewhere? If you guys have ideas of what it could be let me know.

Forgot to mention that sometimes also the steering wheel somewhat shakes.

Noise when you hit a bump, sometime the steering wheel shakes, both after you slid into a ditch. Sounds like a suspension component is loose, I’d put the front on jack stands and go over every component with a fine tooth comp.
