Small garage problems

Parents had to sell their f350 8ft superduty because their garage in Phoenix is only 16ft long. Ideas?

 

I think the ACSB (2nd gen) would fit but only by a couple inches

I'm at a loss why they couldn't park it outside but I haven't visited the house yet so maybe there's something stopping them

 

It's AZ bro. If it's anything like my buddy in Bullhead they are probably afraid it would catch fire just sitting in the driveway.

 

Obviously the 350 wasn't needed or they wouldn't have bought the place with the small garage. My recommendation is a Mini van. Seriously. high up, good mileage, fits in the garage, and can haul a bunch of stuff.

Geez mine is only 19.5 feet and I think its too small as it is. It would be a tight fit for any truck, if it could make it at all. If they have room, I'd suggest a carport. Tent style or metal, either works. They look like crap though...

 

What are you asking? How to fix the garage being too small problem or how to fix the truck being too big? What do they tow to require that F350?

 

Used to be an RV that hooks into those bed mounted hitch but they sold it.

 

And looking for something that can DD and is good for hauls from Idaho to Phoenix, carrying furniture back and forth.

 

They couldn't check the fit before purchasing? If they got rid of it because of that, they didn't need it and were just compensating. I vote mini van. A good character building experience

 

I don't think they're even sure what they want yet. There's a big concrete shelf in the garage that's limiting their space but I'm thinking they probably want something sportier than a mini van they don't have any kids to take care of now!
Both were cleared of cancer a few weeks ago after being diagnosed at the same time, sold their houses for this one and the getaway in salmon, retired, yada yada yada it's been a tough summer

 

Any Buick should do just fine.

 

Audi SQ5 if they want a nice cruiser or a 4runner for a little more space and higher seating position
