    Hey Guys,

First off I am looking for essentially a 1'' suspension lift all the way around on my '11 txpro 4X4 Taco.

Im planing on throwing in Bilsteins 5100's in the front and puting in some 1'' blocks in the back.

    Questions/Opinions on this matter!

Will adjusting the 5100's to 2.5 along with 1'' blocks give me a essentially a 1'' over all lift?! From what I have researched and I'm sure it will. Also will I need some adjustable shocks for the rear or will by stock Bilsteins be sufficient?
I'm sure with just 1'' there is not really any change to much else, right?!
(for ex: brake line length, cv angle, etc.)

Any opinions and facts would be appreciated!!! Thanks Fellas!! :D

Adjusting the fronts to 2.5 would give you more than 1" of lift up front unless you're thinking about leveling it out, then lifting it 1". Also, you're going to get a lot of crap about using blocks but they'll give you the 1" of lift you're looking for.

I have 1.75" in the front and 1" in the rear and I'm level. You will be nose-high if you set them at 2.5".

Get the front Billies on first and set it to your liking. You may not like the 2.5" setting due to the ride quality. Then measure the height difference between front and rear so you can be more exact what kind of rear lift is needed.(1" may not be enough if front is set at 2.5"). Most here would recommend an AAL rear setup that will give you a 1.5" lift. Bisteins rear shocks are a popular choice but not adjustable.

    Thanks fellas!

Ya I would like to put some AAL's in but only find 2'' or possibly 1.5" so figured 1'' blocks would be easiest. I'm sure best bet now is to throw on the fronts at 1.75 and see/measure front and back to figure out what to do.

Also, if I do go 1.5 AAL's I would be ok with stock shocks? Prob have to go with some adjustables right?!

You shouldn't need longer shocks with just a 1.5" AAL.

No such thing as adjustable shocks for the back. You could get longer shocks, or shock extenders if needed.

If you want a 1" lift, set the front 5100s to 0.85"
