Small mods that made a difference functionality was a 1" seat spacer, HID low beams, and Meso gasshole holder with key locking gas cap.

Mine came with the bed mat, but added the OEM bed lights and the center console tray.

Remote tailgate lock was the first thing I installed on my 2021. This should really be included as stock on our trucks.

I also agree with everyone that the bed mat is great.

Changing the interior bulbs to led is a good mod too. You don’t realize how dark it is in the cab with the stock halogen bulbs until you swap em out.

I need to lift my tailgate off from time to time, plus it's rusting out at the bottom.. so nobody would want it. That, and moving out of town, solved the theft problem. Perfect!

Does anyone have any good mods for making it easier to get up and down from the bed easier? I'm not even an old guy, but I am short... pulling myself up can be tough, and kneeling on the tailgate kills. I never thought I'd want a cheesy bumper step but I'm seriously starting to consider it.

I saw the hitch step posted earlier in this thread, but with the tailgate down I don't think that would work.

SSO hybrid bumper, Warn winch, RCI skid trilogy, RRW sliders, everything in the cheap/free mods thread, and of course the frame recall work.
A/C drain line fix. I like knowing the weld isn't actively being attacked for extra rusting.
Mud flaps. They keep crap from spraying up on the side of the truck, keeping it nicer looking. Of course, they snap like twigs offroad and then have to be removed for 33's.
LEDs inside the cab. Actually being able to see is great.

I bought a generic rubber tailgate protector and cut it to fit. Stops stuff from sliding around if you have the gate down, protects the tailgate, doesn't hurt to kneel on it and is softer to sit on. Think it was 40 bucks.
