    Mine (EnV 3) has worked fine for me. However, my mother-in-laws (EnV3) has been nothing but problems. Although, her phone took a swim and we revived it - it's been nothing but problems since. We've always blamed the 'dunk' for her problems....but now that we've been reading.... seems some of the Env3's have problems. She'll be getting a new phone in April. Something similar with a Qkeyboard. My husband and I will be getting iphones.

    I have a blackberry torch...the phone for people that want an iphone, but aren't coordinated enough to type on the iphone keypad.

    I also concur that AT&T service sucks.
