Smittybilt Overlander RTT on sale at $659 free shipping and no tax

Watching this thread. The cheapest I can find it for right now is $748.59 all in (free shipping, no tax and 5% off my order for immediate checkout) from 4wheelparts.com. It looks like this can get about $100 cheaper at times and I am hoping this thread can help me catch it when it is at that point. Haha Thanks in advance!

 

I ordered ours the 3rd of July with a discount and no tax or shipping from 4wheel parts but sadly when I ordered they weren't actually in stock, though it made no mention of that on the site. And I've gotten two seperate etas from them and am still waiting. They've charge my bank however. How long have some of you had to wait from them to get your tents?

 

Call them and give them your order #... they were telling me 3 months minimum when I talked to them. I got it refunded and found somewhere with them in stock.

 

That's the problem they are literally basically out of stock every where. At least for now im in line for one. I'll give them their most recent eta of 1 to 2 weeks as of this Monday and if they fail that one I'll cancel

 

Had no problem taking my money though....

 

Many folks don't know this, but Smittybilt is owned by 4WheelParts.

That can sometimes cause a channel conflict as they seem to promote their brand over others which is not a big deal but they seem to hide the fact for some reason.

I only mention because often you may find better pricing/promo/coupon by a distributor, or in store ordering can save shipping.

 

I don't think 4wp owns them I think they are sister company's as they are both owned by transamerica auto parts. They're all based out of the same office in Compton I think it is

 

Tent finally shipped yesterday! Woot! Now just need my c4 rack to show up!

 

Tent got delivered today! Rack will be here Thursday!

 

Man.… I got super excited reading this until I checked the site. lol the price is back to normal I have friend who has owned this tent for 2 years plus about 20 trips and this tent still holding up.

Brad from TrailRecon used this tent for a very long time also, great tent!

I guess I'll attend the Tepui garage sale as planned
