Smittybilt roof top tent Overlander XL with factory vinil cover and annex.
Can hold 3-4 people and have a separate room made by annex.
LED lights inside with USB cable.
Rain fly.
Ladder.
Double mattress(factory one and additional memory foam).
Small addons: velcro for both doors for better insulation.

Used it almost two years for traveling across the states.
I'm going for slide-in pop-up camper as a next project and selling current setup.
Just to compare prices: annex price is ~$300 and memory foam ~$100.

Can be sold separately without annex and/or second mattress.
