    Yeah i have been on this thread for a few days. Just on the fence on buying the winch right now or not... It looks like the discount bandit site is hit and miss, but the 4wheelonline store is legit!

    Do it before you have to install the bumper then uninstall it to put on a winch... DO IT ALL AT ONCE!

    Its not that hard to take off the bumper. Plus my bumper is aluminum so it will be that much easier!

    I might pick this up though... just having a hard time hitting that buy button!

    OP's link is legit also. Seems like the Cali folks are having problems with it. I personally know 2 people that have ordered and received theirs. Mine will be here this evening.

    Did you order from the OP's link, if so is your confirmation from the website or the actual merchant?

    ordered through the link in the OP and i received order confirmation from FL merchant.

    the confirmation does not list the model number so there may be issues with the rebate unless they send something else that specifically lists the product. this is a requirement in the small print on the rebate form. either way, still a pretty good deal.

    edit: got a shipping notice :)
