Greetings yall, so I purchased the Smittybilt x20 winch with synthetic rope and the Victory 4x4 low profile blitz bumper w/tube for my taco last week. Just got the winch in yesterday and decided to weigh it to see if in fact it weighs 67lbs like it was advertised. This winch weighed in at 52lbs. Not bad. It'll be a while before the bumper comes in to get weighed. Website says 67lbs. An issue that I expect to run into is the winch interfering with the IC pump and Meth pump. No big deal in relocating those. Is anyone else running this combo on their taco currently?

Your truck looks great. I almost bought the same bumper as you. I ended up getting a aluminium Bumper made here in Canada. It looks alot like the Victory bumper you got. I also got the same winch as you. The truck is heading to the shop tomorrow to start the install. I am also adding a 20 inch light bar.

Nice truck! How much does the aluminum version weigh? Is it pretty sturdy?

Awesome yeah post some pics. Does your bumper manufacturer have a website? I originally went with the C4 fab lo-pro bumper but I didnt like the fact that i had to hack off a huge piece of the bumper to install it. The Victory version basically bolts over the bumper to the frame so if i decide to go back to stock(which will never happen) I wont have to worry about a huge gaping hole in my factory bumper.

The company is https://greenlaneoffroad.com/ there are in BC Canada i got a lot of positive feedback from other people and they seem to be a great company to deal with. I will post pic of the install when i am done I went with this one over the Victory bumper because it is aluminum I hope i do not regret it as aluminum is not as strong but i do no not use is the winch to much so i hope it works out.

Looking good! I want to get that same winch stop. I'm assuming that just hooks up to the winch hook?

You have to cut off the old hook do not cut the line it is more trouble. You can cut the hook off with a grinder and then attach the rope. I still have to put tension on my winch line but i hope to do that this weekend.

Install is complete! Pain in the ass trying to line up the studs to the bumper but the transmission jack helped a bunch. Also had to relocate the IC pump and AEM meth pump. No way around that one.
