94 Dan 60. This one still needs to head to the sand blaster.

Pulled the knuckles. The plan is for full hydro, so I need hi-steer arms. The fun part of every ball joint knuckle is that there isn't provisions for the arm, so off to the machine shop they went.

With two sets of hands these weren't too bad to put together. We got it down to 15minutes each.

    Shaving the 14Bolt

My 14Bolt ended up with a drain plug, something that most people haven't seen. So that made for an interesting shave since the drain plug had to be filled.

Received the knuckles back from 4wheelsupply today. 7/26/17

    8/14/17 update

I made some real progress this weekend. The 14Bolt is under the back end and all of the IFS components are off of the truck.

To keep the pitbulls from eating the cab I used the Ruffstuff offset spring hanger. This allowed me to push the rear axle back 3".

Of course I had to put a tire under the fender after the IFS was out on that side.

Those pitbulls don't look so big when they're tucked under.

    Buh bye IFS

The entire PS system came out in one piece. I didn't see an easy way to remove the fluid without making a mess so it all came out together.

Slowly making room for activities. Next weekend will be the plasma cutter weekend. I'm not looking forward to that at all.

    8/19/2017 Update

I managed to get all of the IFS cut out today. What an absolute pain! I still have to cut out the transmission cross member, but that will have to wait till I get my link brackets in. I'll be adding in a couple of temporary cross members to keep the frame square.

What kind of frame height are you going for on this? Those tires are huge!

Are you keeping the 63s in back, or linking it?

Negative ghost rider! Hell, I'm not even going to cut into the truck until mid July due to a work trip. This is all just a tease!

The 63's are staying for this round and the front will be a 3 link. I'm looking at a frame height around 23-24".

Trust me, I've been saving my pennies for a while.
