That d60 handle 40s with steel wheels? Or do you have to rebuild with molly shafts etc?

When you are assembling them and get to the "stretch the O-ring" part take care as the ring will rip where it was welded together. Run it through your hand until you find the seam and then stretch everything else but.

They are heavy but 2psi just feels so damn good.

Ive always heard stretching the O ring under different circumstances. So I got confused a bit.

He's had that issue before. I'm pretty sure he has a list in Smokey of all the salvage yards with 50 miles of the parks here in Texas

There's a really nice one in Gilmer. :D

This year was the front CV that finally died, but I had one with me.

I'm building my shopping list now Kase.

Here's what I have so far.

    Pitbull Rocker Radial's - 41.5x13.5x17
    Hutchinson Rockmonster dual beadlocks
    94 Ford D60
    00 GM Van 14 bolt
All the heims needed for the front 3-link

I'm planning on leaving the chevy 63's in the rear for now. I'll just need to build a new traction bar.

And if I get time a 4xinnovations cage.

This is super exciting. What diff gear ratio are you planning?

Cool choice with the Hutchinson's. I either didn't know or forgot you were going that way. This build is gonna be crazy(er).
