By all means tho. Well fucking done. You're one engineer I can't talk shit on cause that was a hell of a accomplishment. I scratch my head at mounting shocks for the 63 swap. The fact that you (with the help of others obviously) pulled off an entire one ton solid axle swap and linked it too... impressive as heck. It didn't seem like you ran in to many hiccups either when it comes to having to redo or move mounts because of binding and etc.

I still would only run 37s or 39s if I went SFA but by all means well done sir.

Now we start the count down for the 6.0 swap

Thanks Kase, much appreciated. She's not quite done, but the finish line is in sight.

Gotta say thank you for telling me about your buddy Diesel @SMKYTXN He called me this week needing a rush job welded up urgently. Supposed to goto his lot tomorrow with a couple buddies and weld. He agreed to our rig pay price like nothing. Should make some good money from this. Much appreciation for the connection man!

Glad to hear it Kase. He called me the other day and said he'd gotten in touch with you. He's always coming up with random jobs, so make sure you ping him every once in a while as well.

Yea this one is ridiculously random. Trench boxes basically lol. Apparently he's got 150 hours of welding to be done by next Friday so safe to say he's in a rush. Gonna be at his lot all day tomorrow and Sunday and will go there after work during the week with a couple buddies to try and knock this out for him. Getting that rig pay too so can't complain.

@SMKYTXN me and my buddy finished up the job with diesel last night at about 12am lol.

We busted ass and worked some crazy hours to get it done. He was extremely happy with our work and is trying to hire us full time now lol.

I gotta say tho... I owe you big time for that hook up. It was my first rig welding job as a independent and it was a great learning experience and we all made a nice little stack of cash. Diesel is a really cool dude and he even loaned me his truck when I had some problems with mine one night.

You put your name on the line for me and I just wanted to let you know that i made sure to do good on that. You should text diesel yourself and ask how it went

But basically long story short.... thank you for the hooking me up with that job. We talk a lot of shit but I owe you big time for this.

I broke her, fixed her, and then broke her again. She sat at the booth for the majority of Jambo unfortunately.

It's always something when it's custom.

The copper air line inside the diff managed to touch the ring gear and cut itself in half. Of course the air line is 3.5mm, so replacements are online only. I ended up finding a 1/8" compression fitting and the correct fractional drill bit. I bored it out and patched the air line. Good to go!

We went out and ran three trails and ended up getting a 3rd gen runner stuck. While winching him up the hill I put the truck in revers to pull the line taught. That's when the upper link ripped out of the frame causing the axle to rotate forward. That over rotation then broke both flanges on the front driveshaft and bent the lower eyes on the ORI's.

And somewhere along the way I broke the mounting tabs on the headlights. SMH
