Yup. It was a pretty fun park. There were several spots that I needed lockers to get up. Will go back again after I get the drivetrain finished.

Yup, tried to look at them with the phone. That didn't turn out to well. Thanks though Cody. I'll look them over when I get back to the house.

On another note, I picked up an ultrasonic cleaner to try and save the winch I bought.

This is helicopter hill at Shiloh. I made it up this far, but was denied due to lack of traction. I'll be back to best this hill.

Here's a question. At some point in the near future I'll be wiring in cab controls for a winch. I have an existing switch panel that I'm considering using, that has eight switches. Here's the proposed layout.

    1. Front Locker
    2. Compressor
    3. Rear Locker
    4. Open
    5. Open
    6. Open
    7. Spot lights
    8. Spot lights

The open spots are where I could put the winch controls. The problem is that I need momentary off for both in and out as well as power. I can make the switches momentary, but I'll need three switches to run the winch instead of two.

    4. Winch Power
    5. Winch In
    6. Winch Out

Basically the off button of the switch panel for 5 and 6 won't be used. I'll set the on position for 5 and 6 to momentary.

So, should I use up the entire panel, or install two switches somewhere in the dash?

Use a SPST for power to the controls (#5), and a momentary for the in and out (#6).

I didn't want to waste a switch in the panel, but I guess that's what it's there for. Once I go to LED's for spots I can open up #7 or #8 for another purpose.

If the switches them selves are not momentary I'm sure there is a way a good engineer could make them that way with an old momentary switch.

This is how my setup is, you could always use another momentary switch mounted elsewhere to control the winch, after all you don't want to accidentally hit it when the power is on.
