    That's very light! Any reason you didn't want to go with bead locks? Weight savings? Sorry if I missed it.. I didn't read through all 40+ pages.

    This truck sees a lot of highway miles and a set of DOT rated beadlocks run nearly $400 a piece. Don't need beadlocks for the wheeling I do anyway.

    Hope I don't regret making that statement. :rolleyes:

    nice I should see you there then. Hoping I didn't fuck up the way my truck wheels with this sas. It used to kick ass other than blowing up a drop bracket every time I went down there.

    Spider locks for this kid when the time comes I don't know if they are DOT rated or not and I don't care it's a trailer queen I just want to be able to drop to 3 psi in the snow and not worry about it.

    Makes sense. I've been flip flopping back and forth between some light weight rims like yours and a set of Hutchinson bead locks. I want a matching spare or two and Pro Comp doesn't make my rims anymore. 6 Hutchinsons costs almost as much as a supercharger though :O

    I'll stay tuned for the Chevy leaf progress & review! I like that you went with an aftermarket leaf pack.

    I debated getting beadlocks, but couldn't justify it. When the truck makes the leap to a trailer queen things will change.

    Just put Amy to work. :D

    The hutchinsons are definitely purdy. It seems pro comp is hit or miss on their wheels. The wheels I wanted are unobtainium. :D

    I hope to get started on the leaf swap first thing Friday morning. Between now and then I have to pull my sliders and scrub guards. The last leg on the sliders is sitting right where the new hangers are going.

    Oh, and I need to cut out the rear hanger porch and weld up the ruffstuff kit. I'd better get into the shop this evening and get to work.
