Here is the information on the clamps that were used for the scrub bars.

I would suggest calling ARB directly as their customer service is outstanding. I did however find this:

    http://www.rocoperformance.com/produ...roductid=17630

You can search for "ARB side rail clamps" to find more vendors.

$42 for the set of clamps, which includes four pieces and the M8x60 carriage bolts. I would suggest you source alternate hardware as the supplied bolts are weak. I'm going to replace mine with 5/16" grade 8 carriage bolts from here.

Thanks for posting the pictures Colin, I was about to copy them over from your build thread. :)

    Nice!!!

Share pictures when you paint the fender guards!!!!

Also, it would be great if you could share if there are any noises due to all the movement that the ARB has!

    Well done!

I'm sorry, you must have me mistaken for Strap-On.

First time I've seen it in action. What a beast! The scrub bars are solid too; if something dents breaks them, then imagine what would have happened to the truck.

Man do I need a garage! I painted the scrub bars by flashlight after work today. We'll see if the paint is set enough to warrant bolting them on in the morning.

Thanks! Once I get a HC from bruteforce I'll add the rear bar. For now I'll just be careful. :D

I was able to paint the scrub bars last night. The truck needs a bath and my sliders obviously need a fresh topcoat, but here they are.

    Umm... No, they do not!

Fortunately the paint isn't 100% cured. I took a chisel to the mating surfaces so they would fit together.

I will tape off the mating surfaces next time.

lol. guess they figure that most of the folks that use those are in the cali desert, where nothing rusts, so there's no need to account for paint thickness.
