Smokin' Jays BBQ

Here ye here ye, next weekend on July 22nd I will be participating in the 3rd annual Back 40 Texas BBQ rib cook off. I will be there from 8:30 am until who knows when. If it ends up like last year I'll make it home around 10 pm and sleep in the outside dog bed like a true man.

The judging should be between 4-5, and I should have about 4 racks of ribs to share with whoever attends. The first 5 people to show up will get coupons for a couple of pulled pork sliders. The last two years I've gotten 3rd place overall, and this year I'm going for the big trophy with a very secret sauce. Bring napkins, you're going to need to wipe off your face.

Still goin lol almost done with my 200 days... didn't rack up a ton of mods but I got leaf springs which were much needed and a snorkel as my "just because" purchase lol good luck in the competition and hope the new secret sauce pays off!
