I have a 15 TRD with stock suspension and my wife rode with me the other day and said that my truck rides rough. I had never thought about it until I drove her vehicle today and it is rough. My question: is there anything that can be done for a smoother ride like different shocks or anything else and will it help? Thanks

I would start with a good set of shocks as yours may be shot. Could be the tires depending on the ply. Could be several things but my guess us the shocks.

    Does it have a lift?

On a side note, it is a truck so it is not going to ride real great anyways.

It has a 2” spacer on the front but the rear is stock. It only has 43,000miles so not sure about shocks being wore out. What are some good shock to go with? It has 285’s but I’m going to go back to 265’s and take the spacer out of the front.

Spacer lifts are notorious for a rough ride. Also any tire not p rated (c, and especially e) will be stiff as well.

Removing the spacers and going back to 265’s will be a great start. Start with that before spending money on shocks
