Shit you can almost get a new raptor for that. Local dealer here had one listed for 58 a couple months ago.

The dealer near me had a Cement Pro for $52k, I laughed out loud when I read that, especially since cement isn't Pro specific anymore

When I think about how many shifts I would have to work to buy this it makes it much much less cool. Also the chromed lugnuts stick out like a sore thumb.

I hope they use some of that 10k to buy a typewriter, label maker, computer or anything that can make a reasonable looking label that doesn’t look like it was written by a 10 year old.

It's a way for dealers to line their pockets on rare models. It happens all the time for the early releases of performance cars (S2000, Focus RS come to mind) where there is a pool of people that REALLY want them and are willing to pay WAY over sticker for them.

There was a red Pro at my local dealer that I checked out while getting an oil change. I'm starting a dumpster fire with this, but I did a quick and dirty "height of my phone" measurement on the wheel gap between the Pro and my OR and they were effectively the same. Yes, I've got my snow tires on which have less tread so maybe there's 1/8" difference in wheel gap overall. I was actually a little bummed out to be honest. I had hoped the Pro was actually taller than the OR in person in case a set of takeoffs ever came up for sale. Give myself a small lift with proven pieces (yes, I know there are 1,000,000,000 ways to lift the truck, been there, done that, just liked the idea of going OEM+). Back to the drawing board.

An additional dealer charge that is added by some dealers because of rarity, location, etc. Some dealers will add a few thousand to artificially raise the MSRP to get people who are upside down with their loan some financing.
Never mind they will instantly be upside down again as soon as they make the deal.

I'm always amazed the banks even go for this. Granted, as long as you're not financing 100% of the truck, you're okay, but for all intents and purposes, the second that truck drives off the lot the regional adjustment or whatever BS they call it is null and void. But, like the housing market, I'm sure this will collapse at some point as well.

I just saw a red 2017 Pro for 50k. Msrp was 45....you would think that with 2018 a few days away the 2017 would at least be at MSRP....but no.
