OKAY SO THIS IS MY FIRST WRITE UP NOT REALLY A WRITE UP MORE OF A SLIDE SHOW BUT HERE ARE SOME OF THE TOOLS I USED 4'' 3/8 HOLE SAW, SOME THREADLOCKER, 3/8 DRILL BIT, SOME BUTYL MASTIC, PRIMER PAINT AND TOYOTA TOUCH UP PAINT, A SHARPIE AND DIFFRENT SHAPE FILES I ALSO BOUGHT SOME INNER FENDER CLIPS JUST IN CASE I BROKE SOME IN THE REMOVAL.
    image-1_404aa1e1bbeb4bb924cdabe69317b6d456931a39.jpg

    image-3_9d600c0422d1e955acdc8c4ea1e3a5120879ca2e.jpg

    image-4_f2a272ec812bc577148be0338e3d89a238a5c6f7.jpg

    image-5_60598d8a2fcff67533ede604b78dacdaba7f399b.jpg
I PAINTED THE HOLES WITH OUT TEST FITTING THE SNORKEL AFTER THE TEST FIT I REALIZE I FUCKED UP AND THE HOLES DIDNT SIT RIGHT WITH THE SNORKEL *****NOTE***** ( IF YOU PEAK THROUGH THE HOLE YOU'LL SEE A BRACKET ILL GET TO IT LATER).
    image-8_c9ad86b2818d8d6bc29d167095149e704b0a5e69.jpg
SO I HAD TO FILE AND MAKE THEM BIGGER LATER MY FRIEND BROUGHT ME A DREMMEL AND IT WAS MUCH EASIER TO MAKE THEM BIGGER WITH A GRINDER BIT
    image-7_479eb4543110fc6a716a7a8d6e4b7500cb53e9f4.jpg
TEST FIT AND SAT PERFECT SO I FILED THE HOLE SOME MORE AND PAINTED LET IT DRY WHILE I REMOVED THE FENDER WALL
    image-14_c2071e6214d9105701fdca3e20a29a13e6748a19.jpg
SO AFTER I REMOVED THE FENDER WALL I TRIED TO TEST FIT THE 90'S AND THE TUBING THAT RUNS TO THE ENGINE. I RAN INTO A PROBLEM I COULD FIT THE 90 IT WOULDNT SIT FLUSH WITH THE SNORKEL BECAUSE OF THE BRACKET YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE WEST OF THE ANTENNA SO I HAD TO REMOVE THE FENDER IT SELF TO TAKE A BETTER LOOK AT IT.
    image-13_10cdbe799646cd9982a3e160870819b1a6fb2bf6.jpg
SORRY I DONT HAVE ANY PICTURE OF THE ACTUAL FENDER REMOVAL IF YOU REALLY WANTED TO REMOVE THE FENDER YOU HAVE TO REMOVE YOUR GRILL AND YOUR BUMPER THE GRILL IS FAIRLY EASY THE ACTUAL FENDER IS HELD BY SEVEN SCREWS, TWO WITCH ARE HIDE BEHIND THE BUMPER. THAT BRAKET IM TALKING ABOUT WAS FAIRLY EASY TO REMOVE I USED MY 3/8 DRILL BIT I DRILLED INTO THE TACK WELDS JUST ENOUGH NOT TO DRILL PAST THE BRACKET ITSELF THEN I GOT THE DREMEL AND CUT A STRAIGHT LINE FROM NORTH TO SOUTH WHERE THE HAS A INDENT INFRONT OF THE ANTENNA.

THIS IS AS FAR AS I GOT TAKING PICTURES AFTER THAT I GOT TO CARRIED AWAY AND FORGOT TO TAKE PICS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PM ME THE SNORKEL IS INSTALLED I DONT HAVE ANY PICS OF THAT JUST YET

Looking good! Taking off the fender definitely would make things a little easier.

    EDIT: Loving the color!

Yes measure 10 times cut once, don't drill the Lil holes until you cut the big hole once you do put vassaline or something on the little bolts and line it up on the fender the template isn't acurate the vasaline will stick to the fender where you will then drill the holes
