What's up everybody? I have a snorkel question if anyone can answer it for me please.
I'm trading in my 2011 trd sport for a 2015 trd sport. Dealership is swapping over a bunch of my mods to the new Rig.
I have a AFE cold air intake. I spoke with AFE. It boots right on the the 2015 as well. I eventually want to put a snorkel on the 2015 and want to know if it can work with the cold air intake. Or do I need the factory air box. If it can be done with a lil work I'll take the CAE. If not I'll leave it on the 2011 Bc I wouldn't want to have to buy the factory air box to install the snorkel.
Has anyone done it?? Thank you

Just curious why would you even want a snorkel? If its just for looks ok but if your in that deep that you need it to prevent water ingestion then your in way to deep. And as for CAI cost to benefit waste of money. Not to mention warranty issue's on a brand new truck.

I recently got the TRD intake system and I'm going to be making my own snorkel for it ( using a normal snorkel top, just adapting some connections. ) It's do-able. Just depends on how bad you want it done. I HAD a safari snorkel, which could be also adapted using the right connections.
