Brad and I are thinking about going to Charlie’s Creek tomorrow morning just to see some snow. Is anybody down for a morning ride?

Planning on meeting at Hightower Church at 10a so we can roll out from there at 10:30a. Anyone that wants to ride just show up :p. This probably wont be 2wd friendly considering the rain. Also planning on finding somewhere to get lunch after the ride.

Any Water crossings? I still haven’t done my diff breather mod...
Would it be safe for stock (zero) armor? Just ordered $1000+ on suspension parts from Marie, I can’t afford a busted undercarriage at the moment...

Have also never touched any armor on that trail, you would be fine stock as long as you have 4wd :p

I’ll be there! (Hightower Church 10am)
I’ll bring some beer boxes to put under the tires in case it gets slick...
Anyone got a chainsaw or ax?

I just saw this post a day late. I really would have enjoyed Charlie's creek in the snow. I did go snowboarding though so the day wasn't wasted. Did you guys do the entire trail? Off the main trail there is a route that gets some deep ruts when its wet.

Yep. The weather was great, and the trail was easy. We had no issues.

You should stay out of those ruts, or you’ll get a ticket.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Looks like a good time was had!
