I don't have this problem because I'm not a savage and clean the snow off before driving

Get yourself a bigger rack... they come with a large front fairing to fence in the the snow, preventing it from sliding onto your windshield:

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I could see this as a first time driver in the snow never having to deal with Winter before.

kinda like Texans the first winter in Northern Pa

i answered many questions asked by wives and girl friends .

Maybe she was thinking we had some trick for not having to brush off the snow.

onboard air works for powder not so much the warm wet slop.

    I have the same problem.

    Here is what you do:

Step 1- Dump 4 large bags of rock salt on your roof.

Step 2 - Hit the salt briefly with the garden hose so it solidifies into a large crust of salt over the entire top of your Tacoma.

Step 3 - Enjoy a snow-free winter and top up salt using Step 1 and 2 as required. You can also put a nice crust of helpful salt on your hood to keep snow from blowing onto your windshield.

All off us Outlaw Billy Big Riggers , turn the defrosters off and set fan to blow on the floor at a low temp to freeze the windshield in heavy snow while underway on the Super Slab snow just blows off.

This was before the sandal wearing track suit gang , appeared on my Big Road , now all bets are off , they can't even hang chains aka Jewelry.

In my county the Sheriff will pull you over if you drive with snow on the roof because it can also slide backwards when you accelerate and hit someone elses windshield.. so.. maybe just clear it. There's no life hack for snow.

Just boil a big jug of water and take it outside and dump it on your roof and windshield, that will take care of things.

Or they just sit there, backing up traffic.

Same in MA though it incenses me how rarely it's enforced..and if I had a nickel for every time I see a police cruiser that doesn't clean the roof, grrr.

Especially insane. That's an ass beating.

My wife and I have a deal. She is not allowed to touch a snow scraper or shovel at the house unless passing it to me. She has a nice telescopic brush/rubber edge combo in her Rav4 in case it's needed at work only.

She also bought me a snowblower and therefore is given one lifetime of never shoveling. Says me.

Clean the roof off before you drive. Don't be a bellend.

No actually when I park at the Westin they plow and salt it for me , and lock the private gate.

My big rig has never been traumatized having to pull into a bunch of dirt lots with the Starvins

FOD is bad on the Flight Line , we have to pick out the stones before the Armour All goes on the treads , image is everything.
