Any other year, it would be all snowmobile tracks. They have our local trails closed in an attempted to keep the lockdown enforced. Try to prevent others from traveling to our district just for snowmobiling.

Better take advantage of that then sleds make the trail impassable. Unless it's groomed but then you lose traction not as fun

I have done quite a bit of snow wheeling, and you are right. This was amazing for 3+ hours. Me and powder flying everywhere.

Kinda annoying that it was clogging the front grill and causing the truck to run hot, so I had to stop over and over to clean it out, and sometimes open the hood for a couple minutes at a time:popcorn:

But monitoring your shit makes sure you can do this for hours and not blow up the rig.

I was dreaming that we would get some powder, no way I could imagine that much in 1 night.

It was the most fun I have had in my truck yet. My face hurt at several times during the day. I had to force myself to stop smiling

This was up in Vermont a couple weeks ago, something like 2400 ft up. It was definitely odd to see exactly where the temp was cold enough for it to stick in the trees

Some fun action in the snow last weekend up in Vermont. One inch to far on either side of the trail and it was stuck city. 0CD1DA28-69C0-4BFB-9FDB-753F1B5E44F9.jpg3454262E-E033-487A-BADD-009C467C621C.jpgD45E01FD-4675-4255-A945-4587A0380D7F.jpg

Cool. Didnt know anything in VT was open in the winter. Figured it would all be sleds trails and no-go for anything else

    Great pics @JDUB-Fabrication and @Brownmatthall

Thanks for adding to the collection!

    :fistbump:

I know that exact snow that eats you as soon as you move just 2 inches to far to the side. Love wheeling in that stuff, really makes you work to keep going.

I just love wheeling in snow anytime tbh :cookiemonster:

A lot of trails are definitely closed to motor vehicles in the winter, but this one is not. I think a lot of it was 4th class road actually. Saw a bucnh of side by sides but no sleds. One SxS actually got major stuck and almost flipped over, then bent an A-arm pretty bad getting yanked out. Those things are fun but dangerous.
