 Flashback 30 yrs to Air Force Tech School. Guy in my class from Hawaii ... flipped out first snowfall at Chanute AFB, IL. Once we were released from formation he was playing in the snow like my 3 yr old grandson does now.

No offense, man. Just a good memory that made me laugh. Thanks, Rob

Better snow than the wintry mix on top of solid ice that we have in DFW. I decided to take the Jeep out instead of the Taco not because of vehicle capabilities but I rather some reckless idiot on the road hit the Jeep than the Tacoma.:D

My first tech school was at Chanute AFB, I still remember marching to school with it being 20* and freezing rain. That felt colder than neg temps in North Dakota, at least to me...

You guys like snow??? Haha, to each their own. I don't like it at all. I'm up here in Northern Michigan, the Yoop.

This is what our highways look like 8/7 days of the week
    2m3ok7s_d59e52e764f276da936f732ce0da245bc250ed04.jpg

And this is my truck after our first major snowfall, after I got it all warmed up and the driveway cleared.

So if there's anyone in southern California, Las Vegas area, Arizona, Texas, Florida (all the warm spots ) that wants to trade spots with me, HMU!!! :) Haha kidding.

    Bone stock for now....
I had to drive into work yesterday, about 25 miles and was very impressed with the Tacoma, even on the crappy stock Dunlops.

It was worse this am since everything was iced over. Plenty of stranded cars including this one that I pushed back on the road. That idiot white Tahoe owner parked in the middle of the road (he's the figure standing next to the stuck Laredo offering no help)which made passing cars experience even more difficult. I ended up just offering a little push with the Jeep and all's well.

I miss the snow, it was 85* here yesterday! It just doesn't seem like Christmas time without a little cold weather.

Went for a run this morning and 1 1/2 miles into it I turned around cause it started to rain and a few minutes later the rain turned to snow. Been flurrying ever since. To me, if it's going to snow then it needs to stick, otherwise it can go away. For someone who lives in a desert this is just a tease.

We have had snow up-state but nothing in this area yet. Usually only every 4 or 5 years in this area, but if we did get it regularly I would be getting a pair of these chains for my personal use.
