    Its a cheapo Amazon light. Had it for years now with many on & off road miles without any leaks and all the leds still work.
    Got that "Newfoundland patinaed" front bumper. haha My old chrome one looked similar

    Not sure on the 99s but the 01-04 came with lights. Mine were burned out so I didn’t realize either had light until later.
