Semi-unrelated to my build but I repurposed the original block into an end table for the living room. #4 was totally hashed and I thought it was only proper to keep it around after so many miles of good service.

Brown Santa delivered this year... Super impressed just looking them over. Great finish and shipped with grade 8 hardware including nord-lock washers

Well I’m much more of an asshole in person than I am on TW so it’ll all come out in the wash.

Make sure you drag @slander down here with you when you come.

Finally started doing things on the truck....

Added vinyl flooring from Rock Auto and some oak 4Runner seats. Two nice upgrades over my bedlinered floor and torn blue Tacoma seats. It’s way quieter in the cab with the flooring and it should still have some weather resistance when I get too drunk and it rains overnight in camp with my tube doors on.

    6C369096-307A-4F3C-A50B-538E30E5881C.jpg

Pulled the trigger on some 37x12.5r17 Maxxis Razr MT’s today too. $1220 shipped to my door was hard to beat. They should be more streetable than my Rockers and still perform well in the rocks. One of my friends has them in 40” flavor on his 4Runner and he really likes them so my fingers are crossed.

No need to work out after one of these.... Good lord these take some work to get mounted! I couldn’t imagine mounting them with an impact to zip things down

Love how those wheels look. Impacts make quick work of all the hard work lol. best thing I did was invest in a lineup of dewault cordless tools.

Thanks! I really like them too over the racelines that it seems everybody has.

Same on the DeWalt stuff for me too. Being able to run the same batteries from my 1/4” impact all the way through my 1/2” impact and heated coat is awesome. I don’t think I’ll ever go air tools in the shop because it’s so good.

Says the guy that immediately swaps on wagon wheels/steelies on everything!

:spy: I actually love the steelies on all of your trucks over the years
