I bought a SnugTop SuperSport topper for '15 DCSB based on TW's recommendations. Very happy with it, but recently the front fold-down window (nearest the cab) will no longer stay in position. The two rotating latches that hold up the window are broken. I don't do much off-roading at all. Frankly, I think it is the railroad tracks near work that caused the damage.

Since SnugTops aren't sold in MI, I had to drive several hundred miles (out of State) to get my topper. That said, going back to the dealer is not my best option.

Anyone know if I can get replacement parts directly? Or perhaps there is a DIY fix for this issue? Any insight would be appreciated.

    Thanks

I just replaced a bunch of the hardware on my Leer topper by googling the part numbers or various combinations of part descriptions (ie “Leer U-catch bolts”) until something came up that looked similar. My local dealer told me the only way to get parts was through the dealer but most bits were suprisingly easy to find. If not, call the dealer, send them pics of the latches and I’m sure they’ll ship them to you.

Call a dealer here in Kalifornia and see if they can send you anything to help. The Factory is in Long Beach.

I have Snugtop Rebel on my '18. The window latches on mine look like regular household window latches.

I just bought a sport hi-liner from the dealer in Chicago (4 hours away). Of course the windoors leak.
