ok so I'm gonna try and put this list together for saturday.. so far here is the list we got:

now mr nelson where are we meeting and what time?? keep in mind some of us have a 2 hour drive!!

 

i dont know the area at all... i have a 2+ hour drive too! lol

i'm meeting up with somebody before hand to sell my bumper, so i'm not sure what time i'll be getting to the expo anyways...

might not be meeting up with you guys

 

Anybody coming from South Orange County? I'll be bringin my wife & kid. The father in law is gonna meet with us probably up there.. he drives a jeep

Any word yet as to when we're gonna meet at the place? The sooner the better for me.. but I'll do whatevers.. just gotta leave by 1pm so I can head into work.

 

Since everyone will be getting there at different times, I suggest meeting inside the expo at a specific time, like 11am or 12pm. Gives people enough time to walk around if they get there early, gives people time if they get there later. I would suggest meeting at the 4 Wheel Parts booth near the rims and tires since they usually have the biggest both.


Just a suggestion.

 

Well I figured the point was to meet so we can caravan in and park together and check out each others trucks before the show! Soo I guess meeting inside at a booth doesn't really work for that... What's the parking like?? I've never been to Pomona. Can we set a specific section to park at like at football games

last year getting in the gate saturday morning was insane...

it would be pretty hard for a group to stay together while trying to park

 

With everyone arriving at different times coming from different locations I'd assume it would be hard to meet at the same time and drive in together, especially with such a large group.

The last two or three years, the parking has been at Fairplex Dr parking lot. There are two main parking lots, Fairplex Dr. and White Ave but they direct everyone to the Fairplex parking lot. I assume this year will be the same. Unless we all drove in at the same time it would not be possible to park together. If everyone meets inside...when we leave we could all drive to a remote part of the parking lot and check out each others trucks and shoot the shit.
