Hey guys, 5luggertaco here. Well I've been here for a while gathering great ideas to finally did my lift to my own liking! turned out great ! IMO
Next on my list is that I really need to Regear. I feel like I'm killing my little engine going up hills on mountain roads. And will need to some fog lights but that can wait. its summer here in the valley. no need for that currently

However this is what I did to her so far:
    -2.5 Icon Coilover
    -Total Choas Control Arms
    -AAL from Fat bobs
    -Icon back shocks
    -16X10.5 Method Wheels
    -265x10.5x16
-Heavy duty floor mats (auto zone)

I found a user about a year ago selling here in TW that was selling the whole front end kit and the back shocks as a whole. I had the cash at the moment and pulled the trigger.

I didn't know that 5 lugs could be lifted with performance coilovers....does Icon make 5 lug suspension upgrades or did you make them custom-fit? Or am I totally wrong and 5 lug shares the same suspension as 6 lugs?

    Either way looks great

Total Chaos made and marketed a mid-travel kit, and a long travel kit for the 5-lug around 2010ish, for a few years. The mid-travel kit was discontinued after a few years. I'm not sure on the current availability of the very expensive LT kit that was also offered.

Neither of the kits are available anymore... you'll see a few retailers still showing links for the product, but if you order, the kit will never come and you'll simply be refunded.....

I have spoken to Total Chaos a few times over the years.... Asked about any old prototypes or old kits as far as the rear long travel hoop system, or the front system.... You can't find em...

The saddest part is that they were discontinued as a result of lack of customers... Nothing wrong with them structurally, and any attempt to recreate a kit has been pure disaster....

I did however get them to send me a bunch of detailed pictures (they refused to send me the actual specs/diagrams for liability purposes), but I promised them I wouldn't share them....

I will however be attempting to recreate the kit for personal use at some point.....

I do have a question though - do you know the actual travel specs for both the front and read midtravel??? I'm having a hard time hunting down the deets

I know dude, I got really lucky when I saw someone here selling the whole kit. It hurt the wallet, however I knew I need to have it. But I do have the installation pdf which contains some some specifications. I'll send it over if you want
