So Confused

So I am new to the Tacoma world. I got my truck about 6 months ago. I was told it is an TRD off road. There was an SR5 badge behind the back doors and a TRD decal on the bed. I thought those were 2 different models. Is it possible to be both??
How do I tell what I have? I contacted the Toyota dealer and they said i needed to bring the truck into them, they couldn't run the VIN for me.... I ended up taking all the badges off, but I want to know if I got taken when I got this truck.

It the hood a TRD hood? I think its crazy someone would put change the hood and add decals to make it look like a TRD.

Then it's not a off road. You sir have what looks like a sport model but no turn signals on the mirrors. What do your drl's look like.... Amber or led

Do you have Crawl Control/MTS? Only off-road and pro have it.

Lotta people like the faux hood scope and change it out.

 

Radio knobs will probably answer this. Thread moving quickly now... Are your radio knobs on the top or bottom?
