    Not from the factory he didn't, maybe the dealer added it for him. But that is not a factory option.

    Yes and the dealer or port will add it, but not from the factory. Toyota, not Ford. Accessories maybe.

    Yes that were added later by the dealer or port or owner, again it did not come from the factory with a scoop unless it is a TRD Sport or Pro.

    This is correct. There are no custom frankenbuilds from the factory. The dealer will add whatever you want but you are paying for the parts plus the labor for them to do it. I’ve seen this done plenty of times.

    That doesn’t make that a “Sport Off Road” that’s a Sport 4x4.
    The Off Road is a different trim package than the Sport.
