This is just the latest in a loyal line of toyota's. I currently own three my new taco, a 1999 carolla, and an 07 sienna. My last was a 1999 two wheel drive extended cab Tacoma. I bought both of my parents Camry's and i will be buying a replacment for my wife's van in a few years. Working on her now for a TRD Offroad 4runner.

 

2nd, '13 LTD to a '16 LTD. Why didn't I own these earlier?? Best vehicles I've ever owned, and I've owned a lot!

 

My first love was a used '99 V6 Auto.


Then I bought my first new vehicle and my current love, a 2007 Sport.


I really don't like the look of the front end on the new 3rd gen. Good thing my '07 has a few good years left in her. Hoping the Toyota designers can come up with something more appealing in the next 3-5 years.

 

First Tacoma but by no means my first Toyota.

This will be my first Tacoma, but I've had other Toyota vehicles (Matrix, Corolla x 2), so I'm coming back completely to Toyota after I get the Taco.

 

Stonewall is my first Tacoma, and I would love to own another one- a 4wd, this time!
But I also have two second gen 4runners now, because I wanted to stay in the Toyota family. Love my Toyota trucks in general!

 

I've had nothing but Toyota trucks over the years. Bought a Nissan last year, Toyota makes nothing I like at this point.

 

This is my first Tacoma, but 8th Toyota product. 1 RAV4, 1 Corolla, 2 Camrys, 1 Scion XB, 1 Scion XD, 1 MR2.

I did own 1 Corvette (1981). Bought it new and had to replace the U-Joints, power steering pump, air conditioning compressor, water pump, power window and catalytic converter within the first 4 years (window & the cat were the only problems covered under warranty). It was fun to drive, but expensive to maintain.

In my opinion, you can't beat Toyota reliability.

 

EWWW. That is robbery on your trade, unless its 2wd.

 

First Tacoma for me. If Toyota doesn't step up and resolve the vibration issue on mine, there will not be another for sure. Otherwise, a great truck.
