These trucks are expensive enough as it is for an AT 4x4 DCBLB, Not worth the extra money to me , but maybe if money was no object...............

all it is doing is appealing to the average douche bag that thinks he wants to off road. Idiots will buy this truck thinking the packages will make the truck like a tank that can go anywhere without them actually knowing how to take on a real trail. Kinda like, anyone can go fast in a Lambo, anyone can off road in a Tacoma Extreme Pro!!

Why doesn't Toyota poll people like us to find out what we really want? I wonder who it is at Toyota that decides that these "new" packages are what the consumer wants?

Toyota should take a cue from Jeep and the way the Rubicon model Wrangler was designed and marketed.

The Rubicon is the most well thought out capable OEM 4x4 ever produced and they designed it based on feedback from REAL offroaders.

Ok so I think that the new extras are gay too, but If they are real bead locks which I doubt but say they are. This should make it cheaper for us when the mall crawler sells them for nothing on craigslist. Also I agree they need to hear from current owners on what they should change so what if we have them already but that dosent mean we wont buy another one or trade the old for a new. I would trade mine for a SAS if they put one out.

Raptors are badass. I know everyone here hates Ford, but I'd drive a Raptor in a heartbeat given the chance.

    1. "extreme" or "Xtreme" or X-TREME" anything is so....last millenium. Nice marketing department, stuck in a time warp. They are "jiggy" with it.

    2. Graphics, chrome tips, and shitty tires, and pseudo beadlocks for something that is not capable of going anywhere that you would actually need beadlocks, but still with the same shitty suspension. Maybe It should be "X-TREME BLING" edition.

    3. It should come with a free purse.

It is all flash and not function but......

If enough people buy them then TRD will have more freedom to release better packages. Think Ford FX4 and now Raptor.
