After a few years of saying I should do it, I pulled the trigger on a Lil B's Fab bumper. I am trying to pull together everything to expedite the installation. I wanted to see if I am missing anything. I have plans to get it powder coated lined out. I have R4T's bumper caps that I will have painted so I can sell my OEM bumper (hopefully). I grabbed some BD Squadrons to replace my fogs. I have a winch and a new fairlead to install. I was trying to find an wire harness adapter for the OEM fog connection to the BDs and it looks like one comes with the kits, but I couldn't find one as a stand alone. I figured I would cut wires as needed. Am I missing any details?

Sounds like you are ready to me. I don't know the year of your truck but Ya might want to keep the factory bumper instead of selling it. If you do ever sell your truck the stock bumper will be invaluable. And, you can sell the aftermarket bumper for big bucks too. Double Win!

Sounds like you're set. Maybe a floor jack to help raise the new bumper up if you're by yourself?

Oh yeah, that’s all covered. All in all, it looks like an easy install.

Haha for real. I mounted my compressor yesterday, should have been pretty straightforward, sheared a bolt off of the back of a horn just trying to flip it around. So that was fun.

Do some rust-proofing on frame mounting areas while it's exposed. Figure out how you want to trim/tuck/secure the wheel well liners.

It’s on, and I think it looks awesome! I still need to get my bumper caps painted. I also need to figure out what to do the make up for the drop that occurred. I am unable to add more preload with my spanner to my coilovers. I am concerned I may need to replace the springs with heavier ones. Any suggestions?
