I don't think they will be here on time for me to actually use them and I need some tips.

I did a search before and read that somebody just moved the rear d rings to the front. what size torx socket is the d ring on in the rear? Also, do you just replace the front bolt to the back?

I've also, noticed that there are 3 unused wholes in the front of the bed, I was assuming that its used to drain out water, but can it be used for another purpose?

so the rear d rings won't just be a "plug and play" to the front then huh? I ordered the same d rings that were in that "cheap diy" thread, so i am already expecting to take a 1/2" drill bit to increase the diameter of the whole.

I just need a quick fix on how to get the d-rings out of the rear and into the fronts.

For what its worth I got the kit from Toyota, comes with a template to position the holes, plus the backing plates. I haul dirt bikes around with no problems so far. The rings are 'supposed' to mount on the side of the bed not the floor.
