So I started to black out

    starting to black out my truck. was in my local ace hardware and they were closing down so everything was 50% off and came across some 13 ga. expanded metal and thought to myself now is the time to do this. So I bought the the last sheet they had and then went to partsgeek and bought a aftermarket black grill surround and on to Amazon for the turn signals. all invested is 60.00 dollars including paint (got that at ace).

    Dang that looks great! I definitely either remove the emblem or lower and center it as it looks out of place.

    I kinda wanted to keep the emblem to break it up a bit but wasnt to sure where to put it nice thing is it can be moved! also was thinking of putting a 4" silver buckmark there instead? any ideas

    wanted to do the toyota badge but cant find any local! ive been keepin my eye ouy on the b/s thread what i would like is one from a old prerunner.

    Plan on painting both the fron and rear bumpers as soon as i get some time off when its not raining! got the last 3 cans of plastidip from ace..3 bucks a can!

    I like the grille. Look in some junkyards for pickups. They usually have some badges for you to take. I have EFI ones on my doors and a TOYOTA 4WD on my ARB.
