    What I have:
    (1) Hifonics HFi1000.1D
    Single Channel
    1 x 475 @ 4 OHMS, 1 x 750 @ 2 OHMS, 1 x 1000 @ 1 OHM

    (2) CVT10 4-Ohm 10" CompVT Subwoofer's
    Peak Power 800 watts
    RMS Power 400 watts
    Frequency response 25-350 Hz
4 Ohm Impedance single voice coil

So I thought I did all my research and ordered the right things, but now that its here I am trying to figure out how to correctly wire the subs to the Amp and I am all sorts of lost. I was thinking I wanted to try and get them wired parrallel at 1 Ohm. But for the life of me I cannot figure it out. Am I even trying something possible or did I just not go about this the right way. If anyone has some sort of guidence that would be awesome, I have been looking on google and staring at all of this for 3 days now and my head hurts.

Is this what you are looking for? I am no expert but I do not think you can acheive 1 ohm.

Wire it like the picture above and you'll get a 2ohm load. There is no way to achieve a 1ohm load with those two subs alone. Additionally, they wouldn't likely handle anything more than the power at 2ohms anyway so it should work out perfectly.

So if I do that I will be running at 2 Ohms 750 Watts on 1 channel ? is that optimal lol I have no clue I just dont want to blow any thing up or catch my rig on fire, but I also want this thing to hit.

Yes it's optimal, no fire...it will likely rip your face off if you put them in the proper box.
