So, I'm new to the forum but not new to wheeling. Had a TJ for 10 years and put at least $10K into mods,; skids, lockers, 35's, 4:1 tcase, 3- link front and on and on..
Sold the TJ 4 years ago as I'm not doing hard core crawling anymore and just wanted more room for stuff. (TJ's have NO room!!)

I bought my '99 Tacoma 150Kmiles with rear diff lock, put a 3" susp. lift and I'm blown away by how well it wheels- with the ground clearance, etc. My TJ was so heavy from skids, tires, etc and had to spend a whole lotta $ to get the ground clearance my Taco has with very little mods and I have yet to hit anything underneath!
