Mr. Salty alright, you sound a little salty. Not that it's your business, but I owed almost 22k on taco, I owe a spec below 20k on new Jeep. Plus getting check back in mail for another 2k. I'd say I'm 4K in green according to my math.

Yeah we might be a tad slower with the 6400 pound load he couldn't pull.

Maybe so, but damn. Less than a month here and I've never seen so many butt hurt people in one place ever. There are some great people here too, reason I wanted to come back. Some of you bash smitty because he's negative? Should he be positive about dropping almost 40k on a piece of crap?

I'll take it, thank you very much. I literally came out ahead because I paid no taxes with trade on new jeep.

Damn, you must have a lot of free time to go research all my threads, you ok? You sound more butt hurt than anyone here about someone changing vehicles, what do you care? If your happy with your truck, then great.

I had the 3/1.5 from 4 wheel parts Toyota had done new. Would never recommend on that truck. Good thing is I got entire lift and tires taken off on purchase. Meaning didn't lose my shirt.

Not quite sure you understand what "coming out ahead" means... I don't care what you choose to drive... Just thought that was funny

Sure thing. But unlike you, I'll probably be out enjoying my new Jeep. You'll be on here defending your new "redesigned" taco

You posted it now get bent out of shape when we comment ? "What do you care " you say. Probably same amount you care coming in here with your negative rant. If you can't take the heat in the kitchen don't cook in it.

His rant was negative? Didn't pick that up from the initial post.

I've owned two Tacomas, Two Frontiers, and three F150's. Last year I bought a Rubicon because my Wife said "Just buy it. When you get tired of it in 6 months, I'll drive it." So, I bought one fully knowing I would buy another Taco down the road as I want a midsize truck.
Couple of notes... There is no way in hell my Jeep drives better than any car or truck I've owned. It is fun, but there is no way a Rubicon, anyway, rides better than a Taco.
Reliable? Well, I suspect a Taco is way more reliable than a Jeep. My brand new Rubicon needed a whole new rear differential at 500 miles. I didn't know until it got so bad I couldn't deny something was majorly wrong, but looking back I know it needed to be replaced at 500 miles. At 2000 miles my oil pressure sending sensor went out, so oil pressure was going crazy. Both are fixed and now I am at 7500 miles and loving the Jeep.
I wish you the best OP. I really hope you enjoy your Jeep for many, many trouble free miles.

And like I said way earlier, why don't you go read the reviews of actual owners with jeeps past two years and compare to tacomas. You don't want to read the new taco reviews do you? It might hurt your feelings.

Wrangler drive really crappy on road at high way speed. At highway speed they are gutless, sway around, and the wind noise is unbearable.

Now I loved driving my rubicon at work but based on what you're complaining about I just can't imagine how you would enjoy a wrangler.

Give me a freaking break !!!!Did you read it ???

" I kept tryingto tellmyself and others I loved my taco, but that wasbs, I didn't. I'm in no way bashing tacos and I reallydon't want to turn this into a taco vs. jeep thread. I personally feel a big reason my taco sucked is because the 3" lift and 285/70/17 tires and wheels. Drove like crap, even after tsb done, mine wasn't there.

Other new taco owners here are not that happyeither considering how much they paid"
