    hey Taco people!!

    I just picked up my first Taco! It’s a 2014 Base model. No real mods just yet, but lots are planned! I am also new to posting general questions, so if any of the seasoned veterans are looking at this please PM and correct me as needed. I’m just going to dig right in!

    First question:
    Where would I look to see if their are any outstanding recalls on my truck?

    Second:
    Where do I look for other posts regarding replacing my factory speakers.

    Third:
    With 80,000 miles on it, when do I need to do maintenance like: plugs, breaks, and things like that?

    1. Download the Toyota Owner’s app and make an account. You will need to put in your VIN and it will list open recalls as well as service history.

    3. Personally, I would do plugs and fluid changes now to get a baseline, then follow the maintenance schedule in the owner’s manual.
