Dude, before the Internet, there were just paper parts catalogs, and people just bought stupid crap like sunroofs because we did not have this place. Or they bought horns that sounded like Dukes of Hazard, or NASCAR panoramic rearview mirrors. Or dice.

I remember ... I still like flipping through Summit Racing catalogs, and I may or may not at one time have flipped through JC Whitney (although never purchased from them ).

I get excited whenever I drive past them on I75 in GA ... I'm sure their business isn't doing as well as it once was, but I still <3 them

I'm usually too broke to buy anything from them, but I still love flipping through the catalogs and dreaming.

My dog just went out and got the mail. He claims there was a 4Wheel Off-Road magazine in there and he disappeared with it. I think it' was just another one of his doggie porn mags.

I was going to ask that same thing. I thought I had it down and understood it to be like this definition: "used as a substitute for speech regarded as meaningless or stupid, or to comment on a foolish or stupid action." Then I see people here "plasti-derping" parts. Usage seem a little...derp
