It's nice if you're oblivious to what's happening.

But anyone that remotely thinks about their ride will notice visually if their tires are deflated as they walk up to their vehicle....

When my catalytic converter went out, it caused the ABS and traction lights to turn on as well. Your cat shouldn't be the problem, but it might be worth looking into. Just my $0.02

I walk around my truck and look at all the wheels and under them every time I leave home.

Mad props sir. I inspect my tires pretty frequently. They always seen to be picking up rocks and sometimes even nails. Pulled a tiny one out yesterday that had barely stuck in a nub and bend sideways.

Freaking rubber is too expensive to replace.

Yeah I pick rocks out of my tread all the time to make sure they aren't something nefarious. ;)

Blinking TPMS Indicator means a system fault. It doesn't mean low air pressure.

Yep I figured this out. It went solid for a moment too.

It's been fine since. So who knows what really happened.

My thoughts are the Right Side Rear Speed Sensor is defective or the wire going to it...

Thanks for the feedback. It's amazing to me that the tech knew a right rear triggered it, yet just clears the codes, spins the wheels in the shop a bit, and says "well, they didn't come back".

How do u not replace something u know caused a problem?

I guess it is easy when you are stupid. Note that it could be the sensor or the wiring going to it.

Duly noted. But he noted that he performed a "wire integrity check" so it couldn't be that, riiiiiight? Lol, sorry for the oozing pessimism, I had a new vehicle nearly declared a lemon until they actually fixed the computer related issues on day 30 of it being in the shop.

A true technician would pull the sensor and bench test it against specifications. However service centers make more profit by beating the time it takes to make a repair, so unless you have a great technician you'll probably get a "cleared codes, come back if it comes on" answer until they get authorization to replace wheel sensors by the service lead. Sad...

Well it took about 12 miles into morning commute. Used to come on by mile 9.

That's rough. I'd ask them this time to replace the wheel sensors if they pull the same codes.
